Building Security

The building that our San Diego servers are housed in is located in a large technology park. The building has video cameras that monitor outside traffic and inside movement. There is staff manning the facilities 24/7. No one is allowed in the building unless they can present their facility badge and ID #.

Asset Monitoring

After entering the building Key Swipe is required together with a biometric scanner for identifying the finger prints of the engineer who is entering. Multiple video cameras within the building keep a vigilant eye on the activity of all those inside.

Anyone leaving the server area must be accompanied by a facilities staff personnel who will then observe if any equipment is being removed. All San Diego server equipment entering and exiting the building must be tagged with an asset id.
